The whole coffee/wine analogy is something we&#039;ve debated here on many occasions. We&#039;d like to see wine as offering a sort of &#039;road map&#039; for how coffee may be able to develop as a specialty beverage category. There are clear parallels but, of course, there are many distinct differences also. It&#039;s also interesting to look at how other categories - such as bottled water - have also established themselves as a premium product (and surely with minimal discernable differences between products).
(By the way, your PowerPoint upload doesn&#039;t seem to view correctly if I follow the link you posted - can you check that at your end?)</description>
