I know you all think I spend enough time away, but I’m really excited to have booked up my flights and arranged some time to go on my first multi country trip in a few weeks.
I’m off to El Salvador for the first three days of my trip and going to be visiting Finca La Fany and El Borbollon two farms which I love, and I think produce some of the very best coffees in the world. I’ve met both of there growers before but never in their home country. I’m also going to be spending some time at the mill where its all processed and meet some of the people from the Consejo (El Salvador’s coffee association)
Then I get a long road trip through Honduras down to Nicaragua where I’ll be visiting a few farms but the one I’m most excited about seeing in El Limonciilio from where we bought this years cup of Excellence coffee.
So expect to hear a lot about the upcoming trips and a lot more while I’m there.

so your visiting finca la fany! that’s just another way of saying you’re being sent to ‘the funny farm’ isn’t steve 😆 (perhaps that’s not quite a straight translation)
..only kidding mate. have a great trip you lucky thing you! don’t forget your ipod for that long road trip! oh..and of course…bring us back some coffee! 😀

After Bolivia Last Coyote the ipod and Headphones will be very much looked after, and I am looking to visiting the “La Fany” farm 🙂 a dream come true
