On the Tenth (reverse, posting / working) day of Christmas my true love roaster gave to me….

So for the next 12 working days (taking us up to the 22nd the last royal mail posting day) we have the Has Bean 12 days of Christmas for you, This is going backwards 12 days, not the traditional 12 days after Christmas (any excuse really to post).

This will involve a new item each day, to help you find inspiration for the perfect coffee for Christmas day. Some old favourites, some very new and exciting coffee that will become firm favourites I am sure.

Today its not coffee, but its equipment and a new kind of brew station

Coffeeasy

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, it gives me great pleasure to introduce you to COFFEEASY!

COFFEEASY is a flexible and easy to use one-mug brew station for all you coffee lovers who want to enjoy freshly brewed coffee with minimum time or fuss. It conveniently stores your coffee equipment in one place keeping your coffee space tidy, it will fit perfectly next to your toaster!

The COFFEEASY story began just before Christmas 2012 after its creator Patrick Joseph was told to tidy up his coffee corner before family arrived for the holidays. Now I think this is a thing that most coffee people have been told at 1 time or another, we all have coffee corners in our kitchen and gadgets need space! So because of this instruction Patrick came up with the idea of a stylish and honestly priced ‘brewing and storage station’ to help fellow dwellers of the coffee corner.

The first a basic mock up was made of polystyrene, matches and double-sided tape and from there things really took flight. Over the next 2 years prototypes became much better constructed and more sophisticated. But the objective remains simplicity and flexibility, make best quality coffee without re-inventing the wheel.

Very excited to say that we have a Has Bean exclusive red edition! If you’re not quite as much of a fan of red as me then we also have the standard black edition, I’ll only let you off being redist if you promise you’re just buying the black edition because it matches your kitchen!
