I don’t want anyone falling over with the morning post. Today was the first day of using our new bags. The new bags are pre printed and still zip lock seal (for Roasted beans only).
There are a few reasons for the change of bags. The old labels cost a fortune, they are thermal printed labels on top of a pre full color label. Its much cheaper to have the ink on the bags and then a smaller label. With prices of everything going up we were keen to get a hold on it. The second reason was to make it all look a little more professional and I hope you all think it does.
On the labels we have kept the born on date and the key descriptors of the cup, and of course the name.

On a serious note, these look 200% better – much better branding and more professional. They really look excellent and I look forward to seeing one in the flesh!

Yes, got one of the new bags in the post, and it looks better and more ‘branded’. They also look more expensive – when I saw these I wondered how much extra they cost…

Actually we bought them as they work out cheaper than our old bags. the labels on the old bags cost 7pence each, these new labels cost a fraction of that. The bags were around the same price, so in this world of rising costs we managed to control some 🙂
Steve, I got my first new bag order today. The bags look excellent. The colors are well chosen. The simple, rectangular label works very well.
A great move.
I love the bags they are a real pleasure to use and look awesome on our new shelves in our much improved roastery.
We have grown up and have progressed into the branding thing whilst still looking individual.

The new bags look expensive, slick and professional. They’re a great advert for Has Bean – so I shall be careful to leave one or two lying round at the office. 🙂
I like the new bags. They close a lot easier than the old ones and look great too.
