		<description>At very high elevations Mondo Novo can have a very bright citrus(-orange when the trees aren&#039;t too stressed-)acidity, and milk chocolate flavor. Very nice blended with a more balanced Typica or Bourbon.
 At lower-even 1,000 meters-elevation it&#039;s a more soft and boring cup IMO. Tough plant, anyway, that can take strong winds and cool weather, and it grows taller than most forest weeds.</description>

		<description>Steve can you list any of the coffees you have in stock that are from these varietals?  That would be pretty interesting, or including some of this info with the cupping notes?
