Jabberwocky the espresso blend

Following on from all the new Espresso blends, it was time to turn our attention to the the long lost De Lujo blend.

De Lujo was a blend of bright sweet coffees, citrus lovelyness at a more reasonable price that say the kicker(which was the COE blend replacement). Like the kicker it should challenge the palate and should not be an easy option, needing to work hard to get the best from it. Get it wrong and it will have claws that catch and jaws that bite, but your rewards for slaying this blend shall be plentiful.

Why Jabberwocky, for those who know, its a famous Lewis Carol poem from Alice in wonderland, and has always been my favourite poem, and the lines just seem ti fit this blend perfectly, and as with all the blends a personal link, but the poem was written in at Lewis Carols parents home Just outside Sunderland, and I am a huge Sunderland fan, it all seemed to much of a coincidence

In the cup expect sweetness from the Licho along with a fruity / citrus bright acidity from the Guatemalan El Bosque and the Kenyan Kaguyu giving it a challenging taste and something that is not your typical espresso.

(50%) Costa Rican Licho

(30%)Guatemala El Bosque

(20%) Kenya Kaguyu
