Guatemala El Bosque Yellow Bourbon

A few years ago I was lucky enough to visit El Bosque in Guatemala. While visiting I got talking to Francisco about where the yellow bourbon went that was in the field next to the main crop the red. Francisco said it just got all mixed together. So after some arm twisting he said he would separate it for us just to try.

Last year there was 20kg and it was very very popular. We could have sold it many many times over. The differences are small but they were there. The yellow was a little more juicy and little more defined a little more wow (and the red is one of my favourite coffees any way).

Anyway this year we convinced them to sort a little more (55kg) and we have made it available only in a double pack and roasted coffee only. For more info take a look here
