Just a short note to our customers that as of monday all our parcel shipments will be handled by Fed Ex UK instead of city link. for a number of months we have been trying to sort out some issues with city link regarding deliveries to a number of customers. We have been unable to resolve this so have decided to sway carriers.
The good news is no change to our shipping prices which was a possibility had we not negotiated this new deal. Please let us know how this is going by emailing us, if its a good experience or a problem.
