Something I’ve wanted to do for a while is create a map of the farms we buy from in El Salvador (thanks Luis and Maria). It may not be exact but gives you a good idea how close all these wonderful farms are. Its amazing that they are so diverse. I’m also planing to do some similar work with some of the other coffees we buy, and I’m also embedding this code into the coffee descriptions.

everything i have had from el salvadour has been stunning, i cant wait for the el ilusion, i’m waiting for it to de gas properly. the coffee is varied in taste but there is definitely something between the farms that makes the coffee stand out for me, it doesn’t surprise me they are so close. could be something from that big volcano close by
