Our first new shipment of beans for the year. The first one is Colombia Cup of Excellence La Mina Estate. We bought this one way back the 6th of October. This is how long it can take to turn around coffee’s (the bolivian we first tasted the end of october wont be here until the end of February!). Patience has never been my strong point. But the colombian is good. In the cup expect sweetness, Honey, apple, and a real clean cup.
