Coffee Project

I’ve been reading loads recently about coffee varietals, but have found it difficult to find one place where all the knowledge is pooled. So I plan over the coming weeks to write a whole heap of individual papers for each varietal I know about, and then at a later stage once its done pool them all together in a downloadable pdf.

I hope the first will go up this weekend at some point, and I’d love any one to comment if they have something to add or if they think I may have something not quite right. Please comment below and I’ll dive in and edit, or email me. Even if you are not sure I’ll investigate just in case.

    You may also want to pulse Peter Giuliano at Counter Culture–he’d been working on a similar project, and had posted a draft of what he had put together at one point.

    hi man! great seeing you in Atlanta, well i have somehow access to books about varietals so if you have one in particular you might want to know more i can help you in this proyect… we have a few variety gardens close if you need pics too.. just email me ok?

    Great to see you too in Atlanta sorry I didn’t have so much time.

    Pictures of everything would be amazing and really help the project. I’ve done six varietals to date but have plans to do many more. Any info you have electronically would be great too. Thanks friend.
