I’ve been sitting on this wanting to make sure it did turn up and was as good as I hoped so I have been sitting on that we were getting some cascara this year.
We were lucky that Neto from La Ilusion and from Alaska has done this for us and we bought ti all so an exclusive.
What is cascara? Its the pulp from the fruit part of the coffee cherry that is normally thrown away.
When brewed as a tea is delicious.
