Hats off to you Steve, it takes some courage to swap security and monotony for the complete unknown, especially with a family to consider. So never apologise for getting reflective and a little emotional, as i'm guessing you don't get too many opportunities to take stock and consider how far you have come with Hasbean.

Without sounding too Mystic Meg, you were clearly made for a creative job like this, as you are far too decent a guy to have continued in your previous career. I always assumed you had been to Brazil before, so i can now see why this trip meant so much to you. Thank you for sharing the experience, and i raise my mug to you for saving us from a lifetime of boring brown sludge.

Nice touch. I always believe you make your own luck and and as you are such a passionate, supportive and generous person, you will always do well.

Now on a less slushy note - was that the Mr Bug that went on and bit you!

Great to see and hear how committed, passionate and happy you are right now Steve, and so very much deserved.

A pleasure to have seen hasbean transform over the past 2-3 years :-)

When I was living in the Alps (always one of my ambitions I fulfilled), we used to stand on the edge of a steep slope, falling away, with nothing but fresh powder between us and the bottom of the lift... we looked at each other and said

"never let fears get in the way of your dreams"

Dreams are good, especially if you live them every day.

Thanks for sharing. I'm still struggling with my day job, hoping to some day be able to make a living off my two passions of writing and coffee. It's great to see someone that has made it. Thanks.
