OK I’m going to do what every blogger does. I’m going to say sorry for not posting for such a long time. I seem to have forgotten how to blog. I also seem to have forgotten how to tweet and to audioboo.

I could do with your help to show me how to do it again, but for now to keep you with me just a little here is a video from the Irish Barista Championships. The editing could be better, the clips may not be the best but I am a bean browner who wants to do video, I will try to do better but for now enjoy.

I do have some ideas I would like to share, and I will try to get them put my head and into word on this very computer, but I may cheat with some video too. Enjoy
